1. Companies who simply can't do email

This page is a list of companies who have an online presence and yet are unable to answer email in a timely fashion, if at all. It's my opinion that if you want to transact business online then you need to be able to deal with queries coming in via email. What's the point of having a whizzy online ordering system if customers have to ring you if they have a problem with it? Especially when your phone line is only valid 9-5 and isn't a freephone number.

  • PCI Case - Very helpful on the phone, but I'm not sure I've ever had a reply to an email from them.

  • Computer2000 - Take up to a week to answer simple email queries, sometimes don't reply to email at all.
