Use the Days column to indicate which days you'll be there (i.e. Tue-Thur if you're turning up to set up on Tuesday evening, and are in for the duration)

Put "Yes" in Exhib. Pass if you expect to need to turn up early on either of the first two days. You'll probably need a mobile to get in touch with James Drake-Brockman (see below) because we're not getting any passes in advance.

Put "Yes" in Car pass if you will need access to the unloading bay (N.B. this is not a parking permit, you'll have to make other arangements for parking.)

You'll need a car pass to get into the unloading bay --- this is not a parking permit, you'll have to park elsewhere after unloading.

3. Notes

Access to the building on the Tuesday is from about midday, until 9PM. On the other two days, Exhibitors get in from 9am, with the show starting 10:30.

You need an Exhibitors Pass to get in the building out of show hours, and a parking pass for your car to get in the unloading area. We're not going to get any of these in advance, so the way to do it is apparently to get in touch with James Drake-Brockman, who will be around until early evening on Tuesday, so if you want to get in on Tuesday, someone needs to get there early enough to talk to James, and collect passes for the rest.

James Drake-Brockman's Mobile is 07771 680730 --- you'll need this to get in early

The info for the show is here: http://www.linuxexpouk.co.uk/Information/
