Wed-Thur

No (Have mob.)

No

Use the Days column to indicate which days you'll be there (i.e. Tue-Thur if you're turning up to set up on Tuesday evening, and are in for the duration)

Put "Yes" in Exhib. Pass, and/or Car Pass columns, if you expect to need to turn up early on either of the first two days, and don't have a mobile, or other means of getting in touch with Phil Hands.

You'll need a car pass to get into the unloading bay --- this is not a parking permit, you'll have to park elsewhere after unloading.

2. Activities

Things we have done at our stand in previous years, to help plan what stuff would be useful to bring:

3. Notes

Access to the building on the Tuesday is normally from about 7pm to 10pm. On the other two days, Exhibitors get in from 9am, with the show starting 10:30.

You need an Exhibitors Pass to get in the building out of show hours, and a parking pass for your car to get in the unloading area. We'll probably have spares, but obviously you need to get hold of them somehow, a GPG signed email to Phil, with your address, or turning up with a Mobile should do the trick.

The info for the show is here: http://www.linuxexpouk.co.uk/Information/
