Meeting opened 16:08.

• VS. Explained why the meeting had been called (see http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/pipermail/debian-uk/2006-March/010739.html)

• There are two motions. The first is to change the constitution to make membership non-automatic. The changes would not come into effect until the meeting is closed. Motion carried unanimously; all members present confirmed a desire to remain members of D-UK
• The second motion is the addition of a clause to limit committee members powers should they become DPL. Unanimous carried also.
• No further business.
• SM gave a treasurer's report stating that there is 2250 quid and 11 t-shirts in the bank. The next set of t-shirts will be new designs if possible.
