Sledge: I'll be driving again, giving lifts to Wookey, DanielSilverstone and RobKendrick again this year. Space in the car for small amounts of stuff too if people ask nicely...

Womble2: I'm also intending to drive, giving lifts to Nattie (surprise), tbm and daf. I expect to buy b33r but can provide a little boot space.

JonMasters: I booked a return flight from Heathrow with BA for £92.50. Cheaper than booking the train at this point.

Tom Womack: flying from Heathrow, it's a lot cheaper than the train for some reason

Accommodation

Youth hostels about 15EUR a night. Conference hotel has been around 50GBP a night.

Atlas (http://www.atlas-hotel.be) is about 50GBP single, 58GBP double, 79GBP triple.

hostels.com recommended Tom Womack to 2GO4 on Emile Jacqmain, about 100GBP for three nights.

DanielSilverstone is prepared to book hostel rooms en-masse and will do so on Friday the 13th unless otherwise requested. The booking will be for fri/sat nights and will be most likely to be a double for himself and rjek, and then whatever others request. If enough share, it's cheaper... Obviously I can't make them have specific rooms so we'll see what they can do. Indicate in the first table if you want to be part of the mass booking for the hostel.

Beer

Friday evening: drinks on the top floor of the Le Roy d'Espagne on the Grand Place. Can't miss it; it's the one with the stuffed horse. Probably go for food before.
