There are probably several JamesBecketts.
This one is a software engineer specialising in systems and networking security, with a preference for C/Java on Unix platforms.
I'm currently not in a "proper" full time job, and am working on various (mostly unpaid) software projects in the Internet community and for local clubs and charities - website authoring and system maintenance.
Update: it's been a nice break from the 9-5 (or typically 11am-1am) but I'm now back looking for that "proper" job.
