Sam is a new addition to the Glasswalker tribe being formally of the Child of Gaia. He only joined the Garou nation, as he only found out about it, in the last couple of years though he has been a werewolf since 1991.
He can't remember since before what he thought was his change. But he has since found out that he went off on his rites of passage in 1989 and was never seen again until recently.
One of Sam's reasons for becoming a glasswalker was though he was born a Child of Gaia what has gone on since he dissapeared on his rites of passage and what he remembers since 1991 means he feels more in tune with Cockroach and the glasswalkers.
He has a sound military mind and has a wide range of skills and experience. He is often found dismantalling some vehicle or some other broken piece of machinery and putting it back together again.
