2. Crash Space

Insert something cunning to ensure everyone has a bed here. Try this... mail the person listed and ask if you can crash. Then update the page appropriately.

about seven spaces in the house, room for tents outside if people are desperate

DanielSilverstone claims a spot, as does DavidPashley (in particular the sofa), RobKendrick would like the spare room, and BrettParker wants space to crash. JonathanMcDowell sharing sofa with JD. VincentSanders wants floor space. Martin Zobel-Helas and Frans Pop would like to put up a tent in the garden.

BenHutchings

2-4 spaces depending on how friendly people want to get

mhy asked first :), huggie claimed a spot, Julia F claimed last spot - chez decadent is now full up.

Michael Ott

an 3 bed room house in Bar Hill (5 ml from Cambridge), 4 bed place, much floor space

Herman and Vilde wants to share a room.

Peter Nuttall

floor of the room in peterhouse, could fit two or three people

JonDowland, SimonRichter and FranziskaSchnell

Daniel Glassey

nearby with 1 bed, 1 sofa, 1 mattress (sober n/s house which prefers people the same)

Martin Krafft (with sleeping bag), Dominic (will bring sleeping bag), Enrico Zini

RobTaylor

has some space in his house and some mattresses, probably 2 people max, *non* sober house, people may well be smoking.. prefers people the same...

Richard Clark has a place to crash, thanks Rob.

If people need to look for B&B/hotel space, try http://www.touristnetuk.com/em/cambridge/accommodation/ac-serviced/index.asp .

4. Schedule

Vague schedule idea based on last year:

  • Meet in central-ish pub at one o'clock on the afternoon of Saturday 26th
  • Mass exodus to Steve's house at four o'clock.
  • Keysigning (six o'clock), supermarket trip (before that), barbeque and inebriation (all damned night)
  • Dispersal to sleeping locations and sleep
  • Rinse and repeat
  • ["DebianUKSociety"] AGM Saturday, 5pm

6. Keysigning

There will probably be a key signing event. It will NOT be a two-lines affair and as such you should bring keyslips with you. DanielSilverstone will provide recommendations as to what each of you should do.

What follows is a matrix showing which Signer has signed which Signee The split in the columns is individual UIDs, so if a particular Signee has some red and some green in a given row, this means that the Signer has signed some but not all of the UIDs on that key.
