Meet on 1st May 2002

There were about 8 to 10 of us in the Wetherspoons on St. James's Street fewer than last month but still enough people to get interesting discussions going.

Discussions

These are some of the discussions which revolved around GNU/Linux (as opposed to the quality of beer ;-))

If you were involved in a discussion that's not listed here but is interesting then just edit the page and list it :-)

  • Mike was talking about his pet idea of a good GUI database project à la Access
  • David (I think?) was there for the first time and said he hadn't posted on the list before. He explained what he did with linux which revolved around doing IT for two companies with linux boxes.

  • General discussions happened too honest, guv :)

Did I miss stuff? Yes, I missed lots of stuff this time - oh well you get to add it yourselves!
