Differences between revisions 51 and 52

1. Debian packaging of xfce4

This is probably really dull for anyone except SimonHuggins and to an extent DanielSilverstone.

2. Build Order

xfce4 build order with build-depends:

gtk2-engines-xfce - only gtk
libxfce4util
- libxfcegui4
- libxfce4mcs
  - xfce-mcs-manager
    - xfce-mcs-plugins
    - xfce4-iconbox
    - xfce4-utils
    - xfdesktop4
    - xffm4
    - xfprint4
    - xfwm4
    - xfcalendar
    - xfce4-panel
      - xfce4-mixer
      - xfce4-systray
      - xfce4-themes
      - xfce4-toys
      - xfce4-trigger-launcher

Because buildds are broken and don't check build-depends and do dep-wait stuff automagically the plan to get this into unstable is to upload in 5 stages (yes, 5 *sigh*) with the stuff in bold with urgency=high.

3. Bugs

Need to fix:

Hurd bits
- well PATH_MAX depends on upstream now and they say they've fixed it.
- The gtkhtml issue has a patch which looks fine. Fixed in new packages -- ask Kinni to upload
- The segfaulting occurs on Linux too. Sent upstream for now.
The make everything use sensible-browser and other such debianisms in the xfce4rc and the menu bugs.

Mail sent to Rudy Godoy and the bugs asking about these. No movement since April.
