1. Debian packaging of xfce4

This is probably really dull for anyone except SimonHuggins and to an extent DanielSilverstone.

xfce4 build order with build-depends:

gtk2-engines-xfce - only gtk
libxfce4util - uploaded by Daniel 17th April for x86. hppa ia64 s390 made it on the 17th. alpha, mips, mipsel, powerpc are waiting in queue/accepted. arm, m68k and sparc claim to have built okay, but aren't yet uploaded
- libxfcegui4 - needs libxfce4util (of same version)
- libxfce4mcs - needs libxfce4util (of same version)
  - xfce-mcs-manager - needs libxfce4mcs, libxfcegui4
    - xfce-mcs-plugins - needs xfce-mcs-manager
    - xfce4-iconbox - needs xfce-mcs-manager
    - xfce4-utils - needs xfce-mcs-manager
    - xfdesktop4 - needs xfce-mcs-manager
    - xffm4 - needs xfce-mcs-manager
    - xfprint4 - needs xfce-mcs-manager
    - xfcalendar - needs xfce-mcs-manager
    - xfwm4 - needs xfce-mcs-manager
    - xfce4-panel - needs xfce-mcs-manager
      - xfce4-mixer - needs xfce4-panel
      - xfce4-systray - needs xfce4-panel
      - xfce4-themes - needs xfce4-panel
      - xfce4-toys - needs xfce4-panel
      - xfce4-trigger-launcher - needs xfce4-panel

Because buildd's are broken and don't check build-depends and do dep-wait stuff automagically the plan to get this into unstable is to upload in 5 stages (yes, 5 *sigh*) with the stuff in bold with urgency=high. (Although the first stage is almost complete)
