Needs to be close to the talk/hacklab location.
Needs to be as cheap as possible; people who want better quality can pay for themselves.
Should have wheelchair access (this isn't needed for all the rooms, but it would be better not to have to put wheelchair users separately from everyone else).
Would like it to be able to take up to 400 people. (This probably means more than one building.)
Would like double rooms (i.e. not shared with more) for couples.
Attendees would like to have network access from the accommodation.
We'd like availability as close to the Festival as possible.
