The 2.6.18-omap1 kernel (see http://www.muru.com/linux/omap/ or http://source.mvista.com/git/gitweb.cgi?p=linux-omap-2.6.git;a=summary) has support for the following devices:

  • LCD framebuffer
  • LEDs
  • Matrix keypad (The one on top of the E3)
  • NAND
  • USB host

Work is still ongoing on the following. Possibly it needs cleaned up for inclusion in mainline, or we may not have got anywhere with it yet. Version is the first version we supported the feature in.

Tested with rawrec/rawplay and mpg321 which can't seem to decode a 192KB MP3 quick enough - madplay works fine though. Needs mixer support.
